SNOCRU presents a comprehensive ski and event guide map to Whistler, a primary site during the Vancouver 2010 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games. All ski trails (with trail difficulty indicated), ski lifts, snowshoe trails, plus event and significant ski area locations, are featured on top of highly detailed terrain relief using Intermap s NEXTMap elevation data. This GPS-enabled app will track your location and provide statistics and an elevation profile of your on-mountain experience. If you re in network or WiFi range, and you d rather view or track in Google Maps , Whistler GPS will also allow you to toggle from the built-in AccuTerra into Google Maps Road or Hybrid mode. Unlimited Geo-coded pictures! Photos taken within AccuTerra are linked to your adventures and can be displayed in the location in which they were taken. Upload directly from AccuTerra into your Facebook account, or send your tracks and photos via an email link for viewing in Google Maps or Google Earth NOTE: AccuTerra terrain maps are only available on this app for the Whistler area.
